About Us

At Clayground, we believe the objects surrounding your daily life should never be boring. Born from a fascination with clay, color, and raw texture, we create and curate pieces that spark curiosity, invite your touch, and transform everyday routines.

Our Philosophy

In a world dominated by mass production and rigid symmetry, we celebrate the unique, the imperfect, and the bold.

We are drawn to the controlled chaos of reactive glazes, raised textures, dripped finishes, and shapes that feel alive.

Why Clayground

At Clayground, we believe the objects surrounding your daily life should never be boring. Born from a fascination with clay, color, and raw texture, we create and curate pieces that spark curiosity, invite your touch, and transform everyday routines.

Hand-Sculpted

Every piece starts as raw clay, shaped slowly by hand or on the wheel. We individually apply our signature 3D spheres, and organic handles, giving each object its distinct, tactile personality before it ever touches the kiln.

Layered & Slow-Fired

Once cooled, each piece is carefully hand-sanded at the base for a smooth finish and inspected for quality. Because every step is done by hand, no two items are ever identical, leaving you with a truly unique work of art made for everyday use.

Our ingredients

We work with chemists, ingredient researchers, and experienced professionals to ensure every ingredient is chosen for clinical efficacy, purity, and its ability to support long-term oral and systemic health.

We work with the very best ingredients for our glazes:

  • Silica
  • Quartz
  • Alumina
  • EPK
  • Nepheline Syenite
  • Ferro Frits
  • Calcium Carbonate

Dolomite

Dolomite is a natural calcium-magnesium carbonate mineral widely used in ceramic glaze formulation. It is valued for its ability to act as a flux, creating smooth, silky matte finishes and enhancing overall surface durability.

Ferro Frits

Ferro Frits are pre-melted glass powders engineered to introduce essential fluxes safely into ceramic glazes. They are widely used to lower firing temperatures while ensuring highly predictable, consistent, and smooth finishes.
